Customer consents to Laminex New Zealand:

Using Customer information (including any personal information) collected through this registration form and Customer’s use of the Laminex New Zealand ECommerce website to register the Customer as a user of Laminex New Zealand’s ECommerce website,
Enabling the Customer to use Laminex New Zealand’s ECommerce website in accordance with the attached conditions of use,
Fulfilling any orders made by the Customer,
Marketing to and keeping the Customer updated on Laminex New Zealand products and services.  

Customer confirms to Laminex New Zealand that it has obtained all necessary consents from its staff and/or other authorised representatives for the disclosure of their personal information to
Laminex New Zealand in this form or through the use of the Laminex New Zealand E-Commerce website.  

If any of the requested information is not provided, the Customer may not be able to access and use Laminex New Zealand’s ECommerce website.

Under the Privacy Act 1993, individuals have rights of access to and correction of their personal information held by Laminex New Zealand.

Customer Acknowledgment 

The Customer consents to the collection and use of its information (including personal information) on the terms set out above, and confirms the above otherwise notified to Laminex New Zealand authorises his/her name to be disclosed to Laminex New Zealand.
